Returns & Exchanges

At AKIRA, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase, but if something isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return.
